Yes. Our walk-in hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30AM to 10:00AM and 1:00PM to 3:00PM.

Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Community Care, Global Health, Health Choice, CHAMPVA, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, TRICARE, and many other providers. If your insurance is not listed, please contact us, so we can check it for you.

We are affiliated with Wagoner Community Hospital but will refer to all area facilities that are tailored to your specific needs.

Yes. Nurse Practitioners in Oklahoma are allowed to prescribe schedule III-V medications. But we do not prescribe medications such as Norco, Oxycodone, Adderall, and other ADHD medications. We do not provide chronic pain management.

Yes. Telemedicine visits are available upon request. You can schedule a a telemedicine visits by calling the number below. Telemedicine visits are done using the telehealth platform using your smart phone, IPad, or computer with audiovisual capability. It is your responsibility to confirm insurance coverage for telehealth visits.

Yes. Limited appointments are available for sick visits on Friday mornings. You must call ahead of time to check if a provider is available.
